LSCM developed the Hong Kong Cross-boundary Public Services self-service kiosks in collaboration with the Digital Policy Office, supporting the initiative of the HKSAR Government, Macao SAR Government and Guangdong Provincial Governmentto promote the Cross-boundary Public Services. These cross-boundary kiosks are designed to facilitate secure and convenient access to public services across jurisdictions within the Greater Bay Area.

This Intrusion Detected Continuous Re-authentication (IDCRA) technology enhances the privacy protection of the kiosks. By strengthening security safeguards for cross-boundary kiosks, the solution enables enterprises and residents in the Mainland cities and Macau of the Greater Bay Area to securely access public services of the HKSAR Government, enhancing overall service quality and reinforcing public confidence in cross-boundary kiosks.

This solution has won a Silver Medal at the 4th Asia Exhibition of Innovations and Inventions Hong Kong and a Bronze Medal in the 49th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva.
