At the Edison Awards™ 2026 held on 15-16 April 2026 in the United States, LSCM has received two bronze awards for its innovative technologies, marking another remarkable achievement for LSCM this year.

Bronze Award: Air-Conditioning Water Dripping Inspection System

To The System is a portable hardware system that can be used to assist government departments and estate management service providers in the inspection of water dripping cases to locate the source of the water dripping problem. The System adopts Night Vision Infrared Technology with the Customised Video Capturing and Recording Software for supporting the management of inspection cases.

Bronze Award: Hong Kong GNSS Signal Quality Monitoring and Interference Detection System

This project establishes the first Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) signal quality monitoring and interference detection system. The platform continuously monitors the quality of GNSS data, provides real-time warnings in case of GNSS signal anomalies or service disruptions. By enhancing the reliability of positioning services, the system supports critical applications such as civil aviation, UAVs, and communication networks. This initiative addresses the urgent need for a robust GNSS infrastructure in Hong Kong, ensuring safer and more dependable navigation and timing services.
