To support Customs and Excise Department’s Intermodal Transshipment Facilitation Scheme (ITFS), the LSCM R&D Centre has developed the E-Lock-based enabling technology to facilitate the transshipment of cargoes, which simplifies clearance procedures and effectively reduces customs inspection time.
