Project Executive

Responsibilities:

Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and manage essential project documentation in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Support the technical team with procurement activities, inventory management, and day-to-day administrative workflows.
Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date documentation for each project across all stages of the Research & Development (R&D) lifecycle.
Facilitate communication between the Project Manager, technical teams, and clients to ensure the smooth execution of project tasks and effective customer interfacing.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or public relations
10+ years of experience in administrative operation or project management in mainland China and Hong Kong
Good communication & documentation skills
Good in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
