Shandong Institute of Standardization（abbreviated as SDIS）is engaged in RFID research and development, application and standardization. At present, SDIS has possessed its leading products of HF and UHF readers with own intellectual property, and promoted many applications in food traceability, public security , logistics distribution and other fields.
SDIS positively participants in RFID standardization home and abroad as the representative of ISO/IEC SC31, senior member of EPCglobal, member of RFID standard working group under MII of People’s Republic of China, chairman of Shandong RFID industry Alliance and so on.
SDIS also attaches importance to international exchange and cooperation. It is the member of China RFID Industry and Technology Innovation Strategy Union, the member of China RFID Benchmarking Test Consortium. In addition, SDIS has established cooperation relationship with RFID lab of CASIA (Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences), NEC Labs China, ASIC &System State Key Lab of Fudan University, University of Pittsburgh, Texas Instruments, Inspur Group,IBM ,VDC and so on.
