LSCM has been dedicated to fostering young talents through internship programs which welcome the participation of students from diverse local and international institutions. It also aims to allow student interns to experience LSCM's culture first-hand and bring about new perspectives and innovative insights to our workplace.
This year, LSCM organised the event “Dialogue with CEO” on 14 August 2026 to strengthen the communication between the interns and the Centre’s senior management. Mr Simon Wong, Chief Executive Officer of LSCM, shared the Centre’s latest developments alongside his invaluable personal experiences and career advice with the younger generations. He further shared his insights on the topics of AI advancements, risks, and security. Mr Wong motivated the interns to be innovative and resilient, encouraging them to take the initiatives to develop their skills, and “take the bull by the horns” to adapt to the rapidly changing world.
At the end of the event, Mr Wong reiterated that the Centre would continue to dedicate to the cultivation of a dynamic environment where young professionals can thrive and shape the future of technology development.
