E-Arbitration / E-Mediation Cloud Services Platform Video Conferencing function is provided for virtual face-to-face meetings and hearings between the claimant, the respondent and the arbitrator, and for tri-parties meetings as well. The final decision will be stored securely in the Platform and available for downloading by participating parties. It enables secure collaboration group to be established among the claimant, the respondent and the arbitrator to ensure secured and efficient communication and document sharing among the participating parties. All documents uploaded to the platform are encrypted before transmission over the Internet and stored in the system with access control. A domain-specific AI machine translation system which can translate the legal documents accurately for arbitration or mediation among the Belt and Road countries is developed for easy communication among different parties. This solution has won a Bronze Medal in the Special Edition 2022 Invention Geneva Evaluation Days.
