Members from YWCA visited LSCM Science Park office on 17 January 2020. To let the guests know more about the technology regarding Gerontech & Community service, our colleagues have prepared different technology showcases, including Service Logging, Information Kiosk System, EEG Remote Control Robot, etc.

Construction Innovation Expo 2019 (CIExpo) is a signature event co-organised by the Development Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Centre of Science and Technology Industrial Development, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China and the Construction Industry Council. CIExpo 2019 aims to provide an excellent knowledge sharing and business matching platform with the vision to drive a new era in construction. LSCM showcased Follow me Robot, Safety Belt Alarm System and RFID-enabled Service - oriented BIM Platform.   

Jointly organised by the HKSAR Government, Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Hong Kong Design Centre, BIP Asia Forum brings IP professionals and business leaders from all over the world to discuss the latest developments in the IP world, and to explore business collaboration opportunities.    At the event, LSCM showcased Hong Kong Zhuhai Trade Facilitation Platform and eBRAM Platform.

The Asia Exhibition of Inventions Hong Kong (AEI) is the first exhibition cum competition exclusively devoted to the inventions from Asia. It was organised by the Hong Kong Exporters' Association, partnering with Palexpo, Geneva, the organiser of the International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva.   Riding on the success of 1st debut AEI in 2018 and the advocate of government policies, AEI 2019 was held again to showcase the best inventions uniquely from Asia. Through the exhibition and competition under one roof, global experts, inventors in industry showcased their breakthrough and versatile inventions and solutions to the world.    In this event, LSCM has won three Silver Medals with the Elderly Lifter, Smart Service Robots and Smart Traffic Control System, and a Bronze Medal with the Follow-me Robot.    Three other technologies of LSCM which was awarded in the previous International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva including the e-Lock, Infrared Thermal Sensing Safety Alert System for the Elderly and RFID Blind Cane Navigation System were exhibited in the "Hong Kong Invention Pavilion" in the event to let the visitors know more about our achievement in the research and development of innovative technologies.   

HKTDC SmartBiz Expo is a one-stop platform for enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs), to explore market opportunities and trends in business transformation and upgrade through innovation, creativity, application of technology and design. LSCM has participated in the SmartBiz Expo (on 4-6 Dec at HKCEC Hall 1D). Four projects are introduced to the visitors, including Follow-Me Robot, Smart Lifter, Hong Kong-Zhuhai Trade Facilitation Platform and Product Authentication with Blockchain Technology.  

Jointly hosted by the HKSAR Government and the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, and co-organised with the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, the Gerontech and Innovation Expo cum Summit (GIES), is the only Gerontech fair in Hong Kong.   Through the exhibition, thematic forums and workshops showcasing latest innovative products and ideas of technology application, GIES provides a platform drawing together stakeholders to engage in dialogue and collaboration in driving policy changes as well as societal and economic developments in Hong Kong to embrace opportunities brought about by population ageing.   LSCM also showcased Follow Me Robot, Smart Service Robots, Elderly Lifter, Infrared Thermal Sensing System, RFID Asset Management, UWB Monitoring System and AI Call Center Caring System at event.
