AI Researcher

Responsibilities:

Taking research achievements into working products, from prototype to deployment.
Engineer cutting-edge LLM / VLM solutions for high-stakes domains: AI-powered educational publishing, intelligent ETL for public infrastructure (customs acceleration, Port Community Systems).
Learn and drive the full applied R&D lifecycle: generate new ideas, architect robust systems, validate through rigorous testing, deliver production-grade AI applications.
Design, containerize (Docker), and integrate LLM/VLM services with vector and traditional database RAG pipelines into scalable, reliable production platforms.

Requirements:

Master’s degree or above in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
Solid ML/data science foundation: model evaluation, experimentation, statistical analysis.
3+ years post-graduation AI/ML/Data Science experience. Must demonstrate LLM development (applications + pipelines); VLM/multimodal/Generative AI exposure required.
Strong Python development competence. Experience building and deploying production-oriented AI systems (integrating models with databases, vector stores, and APIs), utilizing prompt engineering, RAG, agent pipelines, and model training.
Familiar with PyTorch, SQL, LangChain/LangGraph. Fine-tuning, LoRA, multilingual models a plus.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
