Senior Business Executive (Business Analytics)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings for business analytics and governance initiatives, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up action tracking.

  • Maintain and manage documentation, filing structures, and version control for assigned projects in line with established standards and guidelines.

  • Support project governance activities by ensuring all project-related documents are properly updated, controlled, and traceable, and by providing administrative support to project workflows and approvals.

  • Assist in process and governance initiatives by helping to administer workflow reviews, support process mapping exercises, and maintain trackers and logs for digitalisation and improvement activities.

  • Prepare simple summaries, logs, and tracking reports (e.g., action lists, issue lists, document status) to support management visibility and reporting.

  • Act as an alternate to other administrative staff during their absence, ensuring continuity of administrative, logistics, and coordination support for meetings and office operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Management, Logistics/Supply Chain, or related discipline.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business support, or PMO/administration roles; experience in technology, R&D, or government/industry projects is an advantage.

  • Strong organisational and documentation skills, with high attention to detail in managing files, version control, and follow-up actions.

  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese). Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using common collaboration platforms for document and meeting management.

  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders, manage priorities under tight timelines, and demonstrate a proactive, responsible, and service-oriented attitude.

  • Familiarity with basic workflow concepts, process mapping, or digitalisation initiatives will be considered a plus.
