Promoting the latest trends and challenges in food safety across the Asia-Pacific region, and bringing together food safety professionals to address relevant scientific and technical issues impacting the safety of the food supply chain, 5th Asia-Pacific Food Safety International Conference will be held on 27-28 Jan 2021 virtually. Mr Simon Wong, CEO of LSCM, is invited as Plenary Speaker for the session on Smart Technologies and Innovations.
