LSCM Logistics Summit 2021

Being one of the most anticipated logistics events of the year, the LSCM Logistics Summit was held on 10 September 2021 to bring together representatives from the government, industry, academia, and research institutes to share the latest updates of the logistics sector and explore collaboration opportunities. Despite the COVID-19, this year’s Summit was successfully held in a hybrid mode, attracting more than 800 guests joining us at the Hong Kong Science Park and online.

The theme of this year’s Summit was "Innovate and Revitalise to win over the COVID-19”. Distinguished speakers were invited to deliver presentations focusing on the challenges brought by the pandemic and how to revitalise the logistics community using innovation and technology. They also shared their insightful ideas on the importance of technological development in rejuvenating the industries and the economy, as well as the latest updates about the Smart City development in Hong Kong.

At the Summit, LSCM showcased the latest technologies developed by the Centre, including the technologies to facilitate the development of smart warehouses and smart offices, as well as the technologies developed to combat COVID-19 and other smart city technologies.
