Delegation visit from The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong

 

The Centre received a delegation visit from the members of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong on 11 August 2017. The Centre's Chief Executive Officer, Mr Simon Wong expressed the warmest welcome to the visitors. The delegation group was introduced with the overview of LSCM technology. Some technology demos also showed to the visitors, including RFID Enabled navigation system for visually impaired, Product authentication system, RFID stock taking system, Robot follower, Dining cart and Virtual reality cave.

Technology demos of LSCM latest technologies have shown to CILTHK members.
 
Delegation visit from The Hong Kong Logistics Association

 

On 3 October 2017, 15 representatives from The Hong Kong Logistics Association (HKLA) visited LSCM R&D Centre. Dr Fan Ka Lun, Director of LSCM R&D Centre, introduced the Robotics Laboratory at Science Park to our guests. Our guests were updated with the robotic technologies related to logistics and supply chain.

HKLA visited the LSCM R&D Centre to learn more about the robotic technologies.
 
Delegation visit from West Kowloon Cultural District

 

The LSCM R&D Centre received a delegation visit from West Kowloon Cultural District on 11 October 2017. Mr Simon Wong, the Centre's Chief Executive Officer, introduced the LSCM’s development of core competencies in logistics and supply chain related technologies to the guests. The visitors were also introduced with the Centre’s technologies, including RFID Enabled navigation system for visually impaired and virtual reality cave.

Delegation visit from Hospital Authority

 

Representatives from Hospital Authority visited our Science Park office on 6 November 2017. The visit started with a brief introduction by the Centre's CEO, Mr Simon Wong on the Centre’s major technology-focused areas. The Centre also presented its latest technologies regarding robotics and radio frequency identification (RFID).
