Dr Sunny Chai is the Group Managing Director of Fook Tin Group Holdings Limited. Dr Chai was awarded the Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong in 2004. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology (USA). In 2007, Dr Chai completed an Executive MBA program (EMBA) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and was awarded with the Doctor of Engineering (EngD) degree from the City University of Hong Kong in 2011.

Dr David CHUNG, JP

Dr Chung is the Under Secretary for Innovation and Technology, assisting the Secretary for Innovation and Technology in strengthening the cooperation with the industry, academia and the research sector, fostering development of innovation and technology to promote development of high-end manufacturing industry as well as enhancing nurture of innovation and technology talents with an aim to create a vibrant ecosystem for innovation and technology. Dr Chung has over 28 years of experience in information technology (IT) strategic management and entrepreneurship development. Before joining the Government, Dr Chung worked as Chief Technology Officer at Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited (Cyberport), responsible for taking forward Cyberport's core mission on IT infrastructure, industry collaboration and incubation platforms for IT entrepreneurs. He also assisted Cyberport in setting up the first Micro Fund Scheme in Hong Kong for young information and communications technology (ICT) entrepreneurs. This scheme has been extended to drive collaboration among Hong Kong-Shenzhen as well as Hong Kong-Guangdong young ICT entrepreneurs.
Dr Chung was a winner of the "China Top 5 CIO Award" in 2013. He was active in public service and served as Council Member of the Hong Kong Computer Society, Member of the Hong Kong/Guangdong Expert Committee on Cloud Computing Services and Standards, Convenor of the IT Expert Advisory Group of the Consumer Council, and as Member of the Information Services Steering Committee of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University as well as City University of Hong Kong's Departmental Advisory Committee for Electronic Engineering.

Hon Frankie YICK, JP

Mr Yick Chi Ming, Frankie, joined Wharf group in 1994. He is now responsible for, inter alia, overseeing the Wharf group’s public transport and terminals portfolio. Mr Yick has extensive industrial and management experience in the public transportation and logistics industry, and is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong representing the Transport Functional Constituency. He holds directorships in various Wharf group companies. Mr Yick is a non-executive director of Harbour Centre Development Limited and The “Star” Ferry Company Limited, and also a director of Modern Terminals Limited, all being subsidiaries of Wharf. He is also a director of Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited which is an associate of Wharf.
Other than the private sector, Mr Yick has also been appointed as a Board member of the Airport Authority Hong Kong since 1 June 2014. Mr Yick is a chartered engineer. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering awarded by The University of Hong Kong and a Master Degree in Industrial Management awarded by The University of Birmingham, UK.

Dr Dorothy Chan is the Deputy Director of the University of Hong Kong (HKU) School of Professional and Continuing Education, and Head of Centre for Logistics and Transport.
Dr Chan is a Hon. Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT). She is the first lady chairperson of the Hong Kong Institute in 1989 and she assumed the role of International President in 2013 for 2 years. She is a member of the International Steering Group on Mega Projects of the Bartlett School of Planning at University College London and a fellow of the Centre of Urban Studies and Urban Planning at HKU. She is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Mass Transit Railway Corporation Limited and AMS Public Transport Holdings Limited.
Dr Chan pursued her education at HKU, graduating with distinction from the Master of Social Sciences degree programme in 1981 and completing her PhD studies in 1990.
Dr Chan was the former Deputy Commissioner for Transport, and was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star for her contributions to transport.

Mr Andy TUNG

Mr Andy Tung has been the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Managing Director of Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) since July 2012. Headquartered in Hong Kong, he is responsible for OOCL’s global business and growth.
Mr Tung also serves as an Executive Director and a member of the Executive Committee of Orient Overseas (International) Limited (OOIL), the parent company of OOCL, since November 2011.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr Tung was the Chief Operating Officer of OOCL since January 2009. Between 1993 and 1998, he served the OOIL Group of companies in various capacities, including as Director of Reefer Trade of OOCL.
Mr Tung held senior executive responsibilities in Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited, the last position as the Chief Operating Officer, prior to rejoining OOCL in 2006.
Mr Tung holds a Bachelor degree from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University in the USA. He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Shipowners Association, a member of the Hong Kong Logistics Development Council, a member of the Hong Kong Maritime and Port Board and Chairman of the Maritime and Port Development Committee.

Mr Kelvin KO

Kelvin Ko has been the Chief Executive Officer of Cathay Pacific Services Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Airways that operates the Cathay Pacific Cargo Terminal at Hong Kong International Airport, since July 2014. He is responsible for leading and overseeing the development and execution of the company’s longterm business strategy.
Mr Ko was also one of the core members in the early stage of planning and design of the cargo terminal.
With 25 years of solid experience in the air cargo industry, Mr Ko held senior management positions of various local and regional operations in DHL, Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited and SF Express.
Mr Ko holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and manufacturing systems engineering from the University of Hong Kong. He is the chairman of the Logistics Industry Training Advisory Committee under Education Bureau. He is a Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.

Mr Simon K Y WONG

Mr Simon K Y Wong is the Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong R&D Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management Enabling Technologies (LSCM R&D Centre). It was established in 2006 by the HKSAR Government and charged with the mission to research and develop relevant technical solutions to serve the logistics, construction and eCommerce industries in Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta region.
Mr Wong has more than 30 years of working experience in the commercial sector. Before joining the LSCM R&D Centre, Mr Wong held a number of technology development and management positions in Hong Kong and Taiwan. He worked at the General Electric Company between 1996 and 1999 and from 1999 to 2004, he was the President of GE Appliances Asia. He joined Johnson Electric in 2004 as the President of JE Trading Limited. He was highly involved in developing supply chain solutions for customers and exploring new business models. He held this position until 2010.
Mr Wong holds a master degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, United States. Currently, he is serving the following posts:

Mr Eric Wong is the Chairman of the Hong Kong Sea Transport and Logistics Association, he is also the CEO and Director of Marina Container Lines (HK) Ltd, a full-fledged transportation and logistics company.
He began his professional career as a Management Trainee at Swire Shipping (Agencies) HK Ltd. after obtaining his B.A. (1st Hons) in English from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1979. At Swires, he made important contributions in the capacities of liner agency manager and China trade manager up to 1994 before he moved on to P&O Containers, which later became P&O Nedlloyd in 1997, as General Manager, Sales and Marketing in Hong Kong and South China. He continued in this role in Maersk Hong Kong after A.P. Moller’s acquisition of P&O Nedlloyd in 2006, and moved on to corporate change management position up to 2008. He joined his present company in 2009.
He is currently a Council Member and Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics Hong Kong (CILT HK), Vice Chairman of the Logistics Policy Committee of CILT HK, Chairman of the Hong Kong Sea Transport Association (HKSTLA), and a council member of the Hong Kong Myanmar Chamber of Commerce.

Mr Ho Lap Kee, Sunny, J.P., is the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Shippers’ Council. He has over 20 years’ experience in the Shipping and Logistics industry. As he now shapes the thrust of the Shippers’ Council mandate as the voice of the Hong Kong shippers, he has considerable experience in aspects of trade and transport of goods. Prior joining the Shippers’ Council, he was Deputy Managing Director of Swire Shipping Agencies and Taikoo Maritime Services Ltd, gaining experience in liner shipping, warehousing and distribution, freight forwarding, container haulage, mid-stream operations, China feeders, transport and logistics services.
Mr. HO is a member of the Logistics Development Council, the Logistics Industry Training Advisory Committee, and the Town Planning Board of the Hong Kong SAR Government. He is also a member of the Transport & Shipping Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and Logistics Services Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. He has been a member of the Port Operations Committee and the Dangerous Goods Standing Committee of the HK SAR Government for several years and Chairman of the Hong Kong Liner Shipping Association for 1993-1995. He is the current Chairman of Hong Kong Logistics Management Staff Association, Fellow and past President of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport in Hong Kong, and Advisor to the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade of International Trade Guangzhou Sub-Council, and the Shenzhen Ports & Harbour Association. Mr Fung is now the CEO of OYM Logistics Co Ltd. The OYM Logistics Group developed the OYM Logistics Management System to support the cross-border e-commerce, which received several IT awards in Hong Kong. The company started in 1999 with the e-commerce logistics. In 2006, the company developed the USA-HK-China cross-border logistics. In 2012, it sets up warehouses globally to serve the cross-border e-commerce importers.
Commencing in 2005, Mr Fung put his effort in developing the cross-border e-commerce with the strategy of connecting people with internet linkage for information sharing to achieve an all wins situation. The same year with the cooperation of Yahoo, a Logistics Fan Club was born. In 2012, Mr Fung used the pen name Logistics Senior Fung in the Sina website to share the logistics information and has attracted 50,000 fans today.

Dr Witman Hung is currently the Principal Liaison Officer for Hong Kong, Shenzhen Qianhai Authority. A seasoned ICT professional and angel investor, Witman has worked in the industry for almost 30years. He is currently the President of the Internet Professional Association, Executive Chairman of Chinese Big Data Society and Vice Chairman of the Monte Jade Science and Technology Association of HK.
He was elected as a Director of the Board and the eminent expert representing Hong Kong and China by the World Summit Awards, an initiative within the framework of UN WSIS.
In 2008, Witman was selected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Hong Kong. In 2016, Dr Hung got Asia Social Innovation Excellence Awards and 2016 APCA Leader Award. Charlie had led Amazon China to sign MOU with Xiamen Municipal Government for free trade zone cooperation and launched “Taiwan Store”. He was in charge of Regional Operation in Amazon prior to his current role from 2013.
Prior to joining Amazon, Charlie had over 20 years’ of senior management experiences in Multinational companies in the area of TFT LCD, eCommerce and Telecom industry. He is an expert in Global operation and specialises at setting up and operating new business and high Tech manufacturing, new product and process development, running commercial operation in Asia.
