Dr Sunny Chai is the Group Managing Director of Fook Tin Group Holdings Limited. Dr Chai was awarded the Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong and Doctor of Engineering (EngD) degree from the City University of Hong Kong in 2004 and 2010 respectively. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology (USA). In 2007, Dr Chai completed an Executive MBA program (EMBA) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Ms Annie CHOI, JP
Commissioner for Innovation and Technology

Ms Annie Choi joined the Hong Kong Government in 1986. She has served in a number of policy bureaux and departments, including the Home Affairs Department, Civil Service Bureau as well as the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau. Before joining the Innovation and Technology Commission, she was the Commissioner of Insurance, responsible for driving a number of regulatory reforms for the insurance industry in Hong Kong. Ms Choi assumed the post of Commissioner for Innovation and Technology in August 2015.
Ms Choi obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Laws as well as Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong. She also did postgraduate studies in Public Administration at Oxford University, UK and Tsinghua University, PRC.
Mr Fred Lam was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Airport Authority Hong Kong in October 2014.
Mr Lam was former Executive Director of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC). He is a member of Aviation Development and Three-runway System Advisory Committee, Financial Services Development Council and Hong Kong Logistics Development Council. In 2007, Mr Lam was named "Director of the Year" by the Hong Kong Institute of Directors under the category of statutory and non-profit-distributing organisations. In 2011, he was given the Peace through Commerce Medal from the United States Government in recognition of his leadership role in boosting US exports to, and through, Hong Kong.
Born (1958) and raised in Hong Kong, Mr Lam graduated with a BSc Engineering (Hons) in Computing Science from the Imperial College of Science and Technology at the University of London. In 1999, he completed the Stanford Executive Programme at Stanford University.
Mr Lam is a Justice of the Peace.
Mrs Jessie TING, JP
Postmaster General, Hongkong Post

Mrs Jessie Ting took up appointment as Postmaster General in Hongkong Post in October 2011.
As a veteran civil servant, Mrs Ting has 30 years of experience in public administration spanning diverse fields, including public finances, human resource management and industry reviews. Before joining Hongkong Post, Mrs Ting was appointed as Private Secretary to the Chief Executive in 2005, Deputy Secretary for Security in Security Bureau in 2007 and Deputy Secretary (Works) in Development Bureau in 2009.
As Postmaster General and General Manager of the Post Office Trading Fund, Mrs Ting leads her team to address the challenges faced by Hongkong Post in a dynamic market, with continuous improvement in the operational and financial performance of the Trading Fund.
Dr Kelvin Leung is Chief Executive Officer of DHL Global Forwarding for Asia Pacific and is responsible for managing and directing the business unit’s activities in the region. Between 2008 and 2011, he was Chief Executive Officer for North Asia Pacific and prior to that appointment, was Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific.
Kelvin joined Danzas AEI, now known as DHL Global Forwarding, in 2002 as Managing Director for Hong Kong, South China and Macau. In 2004, he became Vice President of South East Pacific Region for DHL Danzas Air & Ocean. From 2002 to 2005, Kelvin played an instrumental role in making the company the market leader and more than doubling the size of the business. In 2005, he became Vice President of DHL Global Forwarding for Hong Kong, South China and Macau.
Prior to joining Danzas AEI, Kelvin started his career with Cathay Pacific Airways in 1989. For the next twelve years, he held several managerial positions including his final position as Manager of Global Network Revenue Operations.
Kelvin holds a number of important positions in both the private and public sectors. He is appointed by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong government to the Advisory Committee on Admission of Quality Migrants and Professionals, and is a member of the Aviation Development Advisory Committee and Statistics Advisory Board. He is also elected as fellow member of local and international professional organisations including the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Canadian Chartered Institute of Business Administration and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
Kelvin graduated from the University of Cambridge, Magdalene College, with a Masters in General Engineering Science. He received his doctorate in business administration at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Mr Yick Chi Ming, Frankie, joined Wharf group in 1994. He is now responsible for, inter alia, overseeing the Wharf group’s public transport and terminals portfolio. Mr Yick has extensive industrial and management experience in the public transportation and logistics industry, and is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong representing the Transport Functional Constituency. He holds directorships in various Wharf group companies. Mr Yick is a non-executive director of Harbour Centre Development Limited and The “Star” Ferry Company Limited, and also a director of Modern Terminals Limited, all being subsidiaries of Wharf. He is also a director of Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited which is an associate of Wharf. Other than the private sector, Mr Yick has also been appointed as a Board member of the Airport Authority Hong Kong since 1 June 2014. Mr Yick is a chartered engineer. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering awarded by The University of Hong Kong and a Master Degree in Industrial Management awarded by The University of Birmingham, UK.
Alan Wong is group vice president, SF Express, responsible for strategic projects and partnership development. He joined SF Express in 2011 as president for Customer Management Division with responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
Prior to joining SF Express Group, Mr. Wong held several management positions in sales & marketing of Greater China region for DHL Express. He received his bachelor degree in marketing & finance from the University of Oregon, US, and his master of business administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Mr Simon K Y Wong is the Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong R&D Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management Enabling Technologies (LSCM R&D Centre). It was established in 2006 by the HKSAR Government and charged with the mission to research and develop relevant technical solutions to serve the logistics, construction and eCommerce industries in Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta region.
Mr Wong has more than 30 years of working experience in the commercial sector. Before joining the LSCM R&D Centre, Mr Wong held a number of technology development and management positions in Hong Kong and Taiwan. He worked at the General Electric Company between 1996 and 1999 and from 1999 to 2004, he was the President of GE Appliances Asia. He joined Johnson Electric in 2004 as the President of JE Trading Limited. He was highly involved in developing supply chain solutions for customers and exploring new business models. He held this position until 2010.
Mr Wong holds a master degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, United States. Currently, he is serving the following posts:

Mr Clarence HUI

Mr Clarence Hui is a senior manager in the Financial Infrastructure Development Division of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). He joined the HKMA in 2006 and worked in a number of divisions including the Deposit Protection Scheme Division and Payment Systems Operation Division before assuming the current position. His main responsibilities include enhancing and promoting Hong Kong’s payment and settlement infrastructure, covering both large value payment systems and retail payment services, and exploring cooperation opportunities with the overseas central banks with a view to reinforcing Hong Kong’s position as a regional payment and settlement hub. Prior to joining the HKMA, he worked in the corporate banking and credit approval departments of various commercial banks in Hong Kong.
Mr Wu has extensive experience in technical and management capacities with the construction industry, seaport and airport business. He had served major commercial organisations; engineering consultants and various Government departments in Hong Kong. He currently holds a management position with the Airport Authority Hong Kong in overseeing the development, operation and maintenance of airport systems, and responsible for management of airport assets and new work projects. He was the technical leader responsible for the design and implementation of the Integrated RFID Baggage Reconciliation and Management System at Hong Kong International Airport and is now engaged in the development of new technology for airport applications.
Mr Wu is also dedicated to community and public services at other organisations in the fields of health care; information and communications technology and professional education etc.
Mr Wu is a Chartered Engineer, Registered Professional Engineer and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
Mr Ng graduated from the University of Hong Kong with Electrical Engineering Degree in 1976. He founded Micom Tech Limited in 1981 and is currently the Managing Director. He is both an entrepreneur and a professional engineer. He is a chartered engineer (CEng) and a fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (FHKIE). Navy is the Manger of Barrier Free Access (HK) Limited which is a wholly-owned social enterprise of The Hong Kong Society for the Blind.
He has been involved in the development and promotion of barrier free access facilities for the visually impaired in Hong Kong since 2003. He is now leading a team comprising sighted, visually impaired and hearing impaired staff to provide feasible solutions to government departments, public organisations, NGOs and private companies to build barrier free environment and accessible website for the persons with visual impairment, so as to enhance the equal opportunities of visually impaired and social inclusion.
