Supply Chain Management Strategies (SCMS) Think Tank Opening Ceremony
Hong Kong Sea Transport and Logistics Association Limited (“HKSTLA”) will organise Supply Chain Management Strategies Think Tank (“SCMS Think Tank”) in collaboration with the Shipping Research Centre of PolyU (“hereafter “Organisers”) from this year. SCMS Think Tank is a project on SCM Strategies offered free-of-charge to the SMEs and logistics practitioners in Hong Kong. The initial acceptance of Think Tank members to the Project is 15 persons. Strategies contribute to business sustainability, and good strategies, especially those formulated at the outset, will bode well for the eventual success of the practitioners. It is a key objective of the Organisers to offer perspectives that will improve SCM efficiency, help reduce cost, enhance customer relation and ultimately enhance competitiveness of the keen and earnest participants of the Project.
