• Obtain the application form in person from the LSCM R&D Centre Office or download the form on-line
• Carefully read the notes on the application form to understand the requirements for membership
• Submit the completed form and a copy of valid Business Registration to the LSCM R&D Centre Office in person or by post. An acknowledgement of receipt will be returned to you within 10 working days
• The LSCM R&D Centre Office will contact you for further information if necessary and will inform you of the result of the application in due course

• Submit the completed form and upload a copy of valid Business Registration. An acknowledge of receipt will be returned to you
• The LSCM R&D Centre Office will contact you for further information if necessary and will inform you of the result of the application in due course
