Hong Kong R&D Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management Enabling Technologies (LSCM R&D Centre) is established with funding support from the Innovation and Technology Commission of the HK SAR Government and is commissioned to provide a one-stop shop for technology transfer and commercialization through the following roles:

• Conduct industry-oriented research
• Provide technology and market intelligence
• Provide a platform for exchange of intellectual property/technology
• Promote technology development, transfer and knowledge dissemination
• Facilitate intellectual property commercialization

LSCM R&D Centre is hosted by three leading universities in Hong Kong:

• The University of Hong Kong
• The Chinese University of Hong Kong
• The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology

The establishment of LSCM R&D Centre is a realization of the coherent force and enthusiasm that is exhibited by the HKSAR Government, industries and universities. We aim to strengthen collaborative applied research activities between the industry and research organizations. Going forward, we envisage the real challenge of producing results that are meaningful, influential and beneficial to the community.
